Pancake Breakfasts

Our famous breakfasts have been on hold during the pandemic.  The VCA board of directors has decided the earliest a breakfast might be scheduled is February 2022.

One of the important questions is whether there will be enough helpers to plan, create, serve and clean up. Volunteers get a free breakfast!

Let us know if you are willing to help. Call:   607-272-2658

TC3 Student Award

The VCA offers an annual financial award to a Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) student living in the Town of Dryden. This year, the award went to Bradley Simmons. Brad recently graduated from Ithaca High School and now attends TC3. Brad's essay, "How I Stayed Connected to My Community During the Pandemic" can be found in the most recent issue of the Varna News newsletter.

GEO WHIZ is the VCA's fun and educational geography quiz event.  It runs like a spelling, is played by teams, and serves as a fundraiser for the VCA.  It is usually held in early November.

We canceled GEO WHIZ in 2020 & 2021. Watch for updates about 2022!
